Traditional elaboration without raspón. The name is due to the traditional treading of the grapes that we continue to perform with bare feet.
Breeding 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
In view it is ruby red.
In Nose comes with aromas of ripe fruit, with a touch of subtle and harmonious wood.
In mouth is fresh, fruity, complex, with a silky and balanced entry.
When buying Artuke Pies Negros 2014 we recommend its pairing, served between 16º-18ºC, with a good steak to the stone.
