Pago de los Capellanes Reserva is made with Tempranillo grapes
It is aged for a period of 18 months in French oak barrels, it is transported every six months, after this time the coupage is produced and bottled.
At sight is ruby red color with granatose irisizations, very clean and bright, dense tear that dye the glass.
In nose, fine and complex, aromas of ripe fruits such as cherry, cassis and currant, spicy touches, vanilla and licorice, memories to the wood with which it has been aged.
In the mouth, very balanced and sweet, mature tannins very well integrated and a fair acidity, long mouth and persistent finish.
A great wine that will be decanting an hour before being tasted.
Taste with dishes with complex sauces, red meat grilled or baked, game meats and cheeses cured.
