The Picón of the Pago de los Capellanes wine cellar, a wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, in semi-new barrels (maximum 3 years old) to pass to a tank for homogenization and then to be bottled.
It is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, with selected grape harvest of 5,000 kg, per hectare.
At sight this breeding is deep cherry red, with a brilliant tear of cardinals.
In the nose, balanced and complex, aromas of ripe black fruits from the forest, touches to licorice and leather because they have been aged in French oak barrels.
Souvenirs and spices.
In the mouth, pleasant, soft to the palate, with balanced tannins, fruity and with a great tour in the mouth and a long and persistent finish.
